Each year on the 25th April, Australians and New Zealanders commemorate ANZAC Day (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) to recognise the sacrifices that Australian and New Zealand servicemen and servicewomen have made not only in defending their country but in upholding their nations’ longstanding commitment to peace and security.
Based on recommendations and directions from the CDC and the US government, we will not be going ahead with the ANZAC Day commemorations at the Korean Veterans War Memorial and Washington National Cathedral on Saturday April 25, 2020.
